You should contact GO Transit, they should have a GO bus that runs between Hamilton and Guelph. If on the off chance that doesnt work, contact greyhound and there should be a bus running between those 2 cities.

You could take VIA rail to Toronto and then transfer to a GO bus, or check if VIA travels to Guelph.
Oh, and it will take you longer than a Saturday morning to get from Montreal to Guelph.
